Share safely, engage your teams and create relationships

In business, disability is often a subject that we prefer to avoid. For fear of doing bad things, for lack of information, or simply because we think that it does not concern us.

Behind the computer screens, there are employees who live with a disability without ever talking about it.
There are managers who want to do well, but don't know how to do it.
There are those colleagues who are caregivers and who juggle their work and personal lives without ever saying it.

However:
→ 80% of disabilities are invisible.
→ 1 employee out of 5 is concerned.

What if, for once, we decided to open the discussion?

With”Handicap Strikes Back“, inclusion becomes an experience.
→ No formatted speeches.
→ No boring training.

But one immersive experience that transforms mentalities.
→ A serious game inspired by real situations
→ A fun format that frees speech
→ A scenario that permanently changes perceptions

Break the silences. Change the look.

A personal story that became a game

When I found out that I had Parkinson's disease at 39, I didn't tell anyone about it.

For ten years, I did everything I could to hide my disability. Fear of being perceived differently, fear of being sidelined, fear of losing my place.

And then one day, I understood. I understood that silence was heavier than the disease itself.

I understood that if I wanted things to change, I had to talk about it.

But how? How can you explain what it is to live with a disability when you have never experienced it?

That's how Handicap Strikes Back was born.

A game designed to make you feel, rather than explain.

A game where, in the space of a few hours, players go from doubt to awareness, from discomfort to understanding.

Because you have to live it to understand
.”

Remi Thélu, creator of the game

Why does your business need this game?

→  Because it encourages to speak.
Disability is often an unspoken word. This game allows employees to express themselves
without fear, to dare to ask questions, to listen to testimonies.

→  Because it strengthens team cohesion.
The shared experience brings people together. It creates links between employees, promotes understanding and develops mutual aid.

→  Because it permanently changes perceptions. After a session, it is impossible to see the disability as before. The participants leave with a fresh perspective, more inclusive reflexes and a real awareness.

→  Because inclusion is a strategic issue.
An inclusive company is more efficient, more attractive and more human. Adopting this game in your CSR approach means moving from a perceived constraint to a real positive dynamic for all your employees.
